Mobile Trailer Fitter

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a Mobile Trailer technician to join our Selby team.

Please note the successful candidate will be working across multiple locations, our Selby distribution centre & our Hull distribution centre.

What we're looking for

• Fully Experienced Trailer Technician to work out of our service van
• Knowledge and experience of servicing and maintaining Trailers
• Knowledge of IT and Diagnostic Systems.
• Electrical and diagnostic skills.
• Fabrication Skills advantage.
• Flexible approach to a job as a whole.

Key Tasks

• To undertake maintenance and servicing of vehicles and trailers using our mobile service van to DVSA standards at our various depots and workshops
• Undertake the maintenance of equipment and ancillary equipment to manufacturers and company standards and procedures.
• Complete all relevant administration and documentation to the correct standard. (Service sheets, Job cards).
• Report inspect and document findings and faults to equipment on a daily basis and throughout the course of the working day.
• To be flexible in approach to the role as a whole.
• Assist in the improvement & development of the workshop operation.
• Work and communicate well as part of a small team.

Shift pattern

Alternating weeks 8.00am to 6.00pm and 7.00am to 5.00pm
