Junior Transport Planner

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a Junior Transport Planner to join our Selby team.

Roles & responsibilities

• Initially learning from the planners
• Dealing with Network Business, using the various portals, dealing with any issues.
• Growing into a full planning role.
• Debriefing drivers
• Trunk Allocation
• Producing labels/trunk manifests
• Cross docking for night trunks
• KPI & Non-Conformance reporting

The ideal candidate will be of junior level just starting out in their careers.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 830am - 5pm

20 days holiday plus bank holidays (increases to 25 days after 5 years)
