- Transport Administrator
Due to continued expansion we are in the need for an additional Transport administrator at our Selby site.
Duties include but not limited to:
• Working mainly on our inhouse Traffic Management System and our Network Partners Systems following through deliveries to their end destination
• Inputting traffic jobs on our Traffic Management System
• Dealing with a high volume of queries via phone and email
• Checking deliveries are running on time and informing the relevant parties of any issues
• Liaising internally with our Traffic Department with regard to any changes or updates to the system (e.g. pallet quantities or date changes)
• Assisting the Transport Team with producing Manifest and Labels
• Processing and uploading proof of deliveries
The successful applicant will need to be;
• Very strongly customer focused
• High level of attention to detail
• Someone who will roll their sleeves up and take ownership of a problem and look for solutions
• A strong team player
Roles Available
One full time position 9am to 5.30pm
One full time position 11am to 7pm / or a part-time basis 4pm to 8pm
